Assault Cold Spring Minnesota in Cold Spring, Minnesota: Luke Patrick McLane, 33, of Cold Spring, was charged in Stearns County with one count of second-degree murder for allegedly stabbing and killing a group home employee. On Saturday, law enforcement responded to a group home on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue North and found a man outside on the ground with a substantial neck injury; he later died at the scene. Witnesses told authorities McLane ran at the victim, got on top of him while yelling 'I'm going to kill you,' and the victim's throat was cut. The victim had not been publicly identified as of the report.
