Dui Crash Georgia Today in Georgia: A Brooks County Sheriff's deputy spotted a truck being driven recklessly on Troupeville Road on Monday, June 29, after the vehicle went into a roadside ditch and continued down the road. The driver was identified as Julian Castio, who provided a preliminary breath sample of 0.242 BrAC — nearly three times Georgia's legal limit of 0.08. Deputies also determined Castio did not have a valid driver's license and found open containers of alcoholic beverages inside the truck. Castio was taken into custody and charged accordingly.
