Brookfield man killed in ATV crash near Candlewood Lake home

Car Crash Brookfield Connecticut in Brookfield, Connecticut: Francis M. Flanagan III, 66, of Brookfield, died in an ATV accident near his Candlewood Lake home in Brookfield on Friday. Brookfield police responded to a missing person report and declared him dead at the scene. The state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined he died of blunt force trauma to the torso and ruled his death an accident.
