Car Crash Boston Massachusetts in Boston, Massachusetts: A Boston Duck Tours amphibious vehicle lost power on the water and was being towed to a nearby ramp when the tow rope snapped, causing the boat to roll onto its side and throw all 31 people aboard back into the river.
