Shooting St Paul Minnesota in St Paul, Minnesota: Police in St. Paul say an 18-year-old back seat passenger shot himself in the foot and then shot the 17-year-old driver in the back while the two teens were in a vehicle at a McDonald's drive-thru around 12:40 a.m. The accused shooter initially told police he had been shot by someone outside the vehicle, but evidence in the car and a statement from another occupant indicated he shot himself and then shot the driver. The 18-year-old was charged with first-degree assault with great bodily harm.
