Car Crash Washington Pennsylvania in Washington, Pennsylvania: A 93-year-old man was charged with homicide by vehicle and other traffic violations in connection with a crash that killed a 67-year-old motorcyclist in Cecil Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. Police say William Erwin Johnston of Wellsburg, W.Va., was driving a Lexus SUV westbound on Millers Run Road when he crossed the double yellow line and struck John Charles Dinsmore's motorcycle.
