Hit And Run Stockton California in Stockton, California: A 75-year-old driver, Nicholas Isaak, was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after he deliberately backed his car into a 32-year-old bicyclist during a road-rage altercation at Alpine Avenue and West Lane in Stockton around 2 p.m. Sunday.
