Assault Del Rio Texas in Del Rio, Texas: A 32-year-old Del Rio woman, Carolina Pena, was stabbed to death by three other women, according to Del Rio police. Police responded to Val Verde Regional Medical Center after receiving a report of a woman suffering from multiple stab wounds. Pena was rushed to a San Antonio hospital where she later died from her injuries. Three suspects — 21-year-old Kitty Mia Diaz, 19-year-old Amaya Cookie Diaz, and 21-year-old Kyandra Renee Faz — were arrested for her murder.
