Assault Del Rio Texas in Del Rio, Texas: Del Rio police identified 32-year-old Carolina Pena as the victim of a fatal stabbing. Police say she was stabbed to death by three other women: 21-year-old Kitty Mia Diaz, 19-year-old Amaya Cookie Diaz, and 21-year-old Kyandra Renee Faz, all of whom were arrested for her murder. Police responded to Val Verde Regional Medical Center after receiving a report of a woman suffering from multiple stab wounds, and Pena was later transported to a San Antonio hospital where she died from her injuries. Video showed Pena arriving at Faz's house shortly after the two Diaz sisters were seen arriving.
