Car Crash Maryland Today in Maryland: Janae Mathis, 32, of Clinton, Maryland, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Prince George's County at approximately 12:50 a.m. She was the only person in the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Hours earlier, Mathis had hosted a community "Ladies Sip and Paint Karaoke Night" event in District Heights. Prince George's County Police are investigating the cause of the crash and have asked anyone with information to contact the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit.
