Car Crash Kokomo Indiana in Kokomo, Indiana: A 21-year-old Kokomo man riding an electric scooter was struck by a 2014 Chrysler Pacifica driven by Tracy Turner, 51, of Kokomo, on Sycamore Street near 17th Street at approximately 5:30 a.m. on June 26, 2026. The victim, Brisjonta Richmond, was airlifted to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died from his injuries.
