Hit And Run Philadelphia Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: A 20-year-old Luzerne County man riding a motorcycle on Kelly Drive in Philadelphia was struck by a white SUV around 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Police said the driver attempted to merge back into traffic after being unable to complete a turn, crossing directly into the motorcyclist's path, and then fled the scene without stopping. The motorcyclist was killed in the collision. Investigators are asking for the public's help to identify the driver of the white SUV, which is believed to have driver's-side damage and possible broken glass on that side.
