19-year-old bicyclist struck and killed by car in Hillsboro

Bicycle Crash Hillsboro Oregon in Hillsboro, Oregon: Connor Navarro, 19, was riding his bicycle home from triathlon training when a car struck him at around 8:50 p.m. on June 23 in Hillsboro, Oregon. He died from his injuries. Police arrested the driver, 35-year-old Guillen Contreras Salvador-Jaime, on charges of second-degree manslaughter and reckless driving. Investigators said speed was believed to be a factor in the crash.
