Shooting Jackson Mississippi in Jackson, Mississippi: An 18-year-old identified as Jacovee Tillman was shot and killed in a Jackson, Mississippi gas station parking lot. Hinds County Coroner Jeramiah Howard and the Jackson Police Department responded to the scene around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
