Wrong-way driver killed in head-on crash on Interstate 290…

Hit And Run Northborough Massachusetts in Northborough, Massachusetts: A 43-year-old Medway woman, Sheena A. GrandPre', was killed in a wrong-way head-on crash on Interstate 290 eastbound prior to Exit 27 in Northborough on June 24, 2026. The crash involved a Subaru and a Jeep with severe front-end damage, and at least one vehicle caught fire. The driver of the second vehicle escaped before emergency crews arrived and was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
