Woman arrested after stabbing in southwest Sioux Falls park…

Assault Sioux Falls South Dakota in Sioux Falls, South Dakota: On Friday, June 26, 2026, at around 8:30 p.m., Sioux Falls police responded to a report of a weapons violation at 57th Street and Marion Road. Officers found a 49-year-old woman in a car in a nearby parking lot with a stab wound to her abdomen. Police located the suspect and placed her under arrest after learning the two women had a dispute in the parking lot before the stabbing; both knew each other. The victim's injuries were non-life-threatening.
