Waco woman killed in Bell County crash on Interstate 35

Semi Truck Crash Fatal Texas in fatal, Texas: A 53-year-old Waco woman died in a crash on southbound Interstate 35 at Mile Marker #293B in Bell County at approximately 11:54 p.m. Saturday. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the 2013 Cadillac sedan she was driving veered to the right, struck the guardrail, re-entered the roadway, and collided with a truck tractor semi-trailer. She was pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Ted Duffield. A 49-year-old male passenger in the Cadillac was transported to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center for treatment; the truck driver was not injured. The crash remains under investigation.
