Assault Phoenix Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona: Two men are accused of tying a 33-year-old man in a wheelchair with plastic bags and leaving him outside in extreme Phoenix heat, where he later died. Phoenix police were called Thursday night to an area near 24th Street and Fawn Drive, just south of Baseline Road, after reports of trouble near a canal, and found Aaron Goodyke dead in the wheelchair. After investigating, police arrested 41-year-old Hector Corrales on suspicion of kidnapping and first-degree murder; a second unidentified man is also accused of restraining Goodyke. Police said a video showed Corrales and the other man restraining Goodyke before the wheelchair fell backward and Goodyke appeared to hit his head against the house.
