Car Crash Michigan Today in Michigan: Two people were killed and one was hospitalized after a crash at the intersection of South Washington Avenue and Gallagher Avenue on Saginaw's south side late Sunday night, according to the Saginaw Police Department. The Saginaw Fire Department extinguished a fire at the scene. The 24-year-old driver from Saginaw was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Front-seat passenger Aaliyah Olivarez, 24, of Saginaw, was transported to a nearby hospital where she later died from her injuries. Rear-seat passenger Brandon Vanwormer-Shepard, 29, of Saginaw, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Saginaw County Crash Team is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
