Car Crash Coconut Creek Florida in Coconut Creek, Florida: Two people were killed in a single-vehicle crash Saturday night in Coconut Creek, Florida. A 2023 Hyundai traveling west in the 3600 block of Sample Road left the road and struck a concrete traffic light pole near the entrance to Tradewinds Park around 10:30 p.m. The driver, a 30-year-old man from Coral Springs, and the passenger, a 26-year-old woman, also from Coral Springs, both died at the scene. A preliminary investigation indicates speed was a factor in the crash, and the investigation is ongoing.
