Two killed in Madison County flooding identified

Car Crash Kentucky Today in Kentucky: Two people died from flooding in Madison County, Kentucky, according to the Madison County coroner. Coroner Jimmy Cornelison said John Powell, 57, died in a basement apartment on University Drive, and Garnett Isbell, 73, died when his car was swept away on Tates Creek Road. The coroner's office was still working to contact next-of-kin for the woman who died in the apartment building on University Drive.
