Car Crash Texas Today in Texas: A Lincoln Navigator driven by Timothy Head was traveling westbound on I-10 near Mile Marker 42 in El Paso County when it crossed the median into eastbound lanes and struck a Nissan Rogue head-on, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office. Head and Nissan passenger Barbra Thacker were taken to a hospital and died from their injuries. Four other people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The crash closed all eastbound lanes of I-10 near Clint on Monday.
