Car Crash Clint Texas in Clint, Texas: A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 East near Clint, Texas, on June 29, 2026, killed two people and injured four others, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office. Investigators said an SUV traveling westbound crossed the median into eastbound lanes and struck another SUV head-on near Mile Marker 42 shortly before 10 a.m. The driver of the at-fault SUV, 78-year-old Timothy Head of Van Horn, and the passenger of the other SUV, 67-year-old Barbra Thacker of Vernon, Texas, died from their injuries. The Sheriff's Office Special Traffic Investigators are investigating the crash.
