Car Crash Missouri Today in Missouri: A UTV driven by an 18-year-old Higbee woman traveled off the right side of Route A, a quarter-mile south of County Road 127 in Howard County, and overturned into a tree at about 12:08 p.m. on Monday, June 29. The driver and her 18-year-old Higbee passenger both suffered serious injuries and were transported to a Columbia hospital for treatment. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported neither occupant was wearing the proper safety device at the time of the crash.
