Car Crash San Antonio Texas in San Antonio, Texas: Two drivers were killed in a three-vehicle crash around 3:20 a.m. Sunday in San Antonio after police received calls of a wrong-way driver traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of the highway. Officers arrived to find the three-vehicle crash; two of the three drivers were pronounced dead at the scene and the third was cleared by EMS. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office identified one of the deceased drivers as 19-year-old Noah Alec Fisher. The incident remains under investigation.
