Dog Bite San Antonio Texas in San Antonio, Texas: Two juvenile males were attacked by two family dogs inside their home near the 8100 block of Seldon Trail in San Antonio around 4:30 p.m. on Monday. One child was initially bitten, and a second child was attacked while trying to pull the dog off the first victim, with both sustaining major facial injuries. Both children were taken to University Hospital in stable condition and are expected to survive. Bexar County Animal Control took both dogs into custody for quarantine, and deputies are treating the incident as an accident.
