Shooting Arkansas Today in Arkansas: Deputies responded around 8 p.m. Sunday to a reported shooting in the 900 block of Piney Road in Stone County north of Shirley. An adult male was found suffering from a single gunshot wound to the leg and was airlifted by helicopter to a Little Rock hospital for treatment. Stone County Detectives investigated and obtained a search warrant, leading to the arrest of 51-year-old Christina Folden and 31-year-old Johnathan Pipkin, both of Shirley, on multiple charges including unlawful use of a firearm. Both suspects were held at the Stone County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
