Car Crash New York Today in New York: Three people were injured on Saturday evening when a wrong-way driver struck an eastbound Colonie EMS ambulance on the I-90 Exit 6 off-ramp in Albany, New York, according to New York State Police. The ambulance was carrying a patient en route to Albany Medical Center when the collision occurred just before 9 p.m. The ambulance driver, the onboard paramedic, and the wrong-way driver were all taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries; the patient was transported by another ambulance for treatment of their original medical emergency. No arrests had been reported as of Sunday morning.
