Assault Pennsylvania Today in Pennsylvania: Three Venango County men — Kayson Clay Geib, 18, Kaiden William White, 18, both of Oil City, and Cody Ray Doutt, 23, of Utica — face first-degree felony aggravated assault charges after an alleged June 7 attack on an adult man and a juvenile outside a residence in Frenchcreek Township. Pennsylvania State Police say Geib struck the juvenile in the face, White struck and kicked the juvenile, and all three defendants then struck and kicked the adult male victim while he was on the ground before the victims fled in a vehicle. The adult victim suffered a broken nose and cuts around his left eye requiring six stitches, while the juvenile suffered facial bruising, split lips, and scratches on his neck. Charges were filed on June 25 in Magisterial District Judge Kevin Saragian's office, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 29.
