Car Crash Pawtucket Rhode Island in Pawtucket, Rhode Island: Three generations of a Pawtucket family died after a car driven by a 22-year-old woman teaching her 2-year-old daughter to drive went into the Seekonk River at a boat ramp on Taft Street near their apartment complex. A bystander on a jet ski tried to help but could not reach the family, and another bystander called 911. Police arrived within three minutes but poor visibility Sunday night hampered the search; the vehicle was recovered Monday afternoon and the three victims were transported to the Rhode Island Medical Examiner's office. Pawtucket police said preliminary findings suggest the vehicle was in proper working order and there were no signs of foul play.
