Car Crash Pawtucket Rhode Island in Pawtucket, Rhode Island: Three family members — a 45-year-old woman, a 22-year-old woman, and a 2-year-old girl — died after the car they were in went into the Seekonk River in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, around 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Police said the vehicle was pulled from the water and all three occupants were pronounced dead.
