Car Crash Chesapeake Virginia in Chesapeake, Virginia: A teenage boy driving a stolen vehicle collided with another vehicle Sunday night in Chesapeake, Virginia, according to police. Officers located the possible stolen vehicle around 9:20 p.m. on South Military Highway, and the driver fled when police activated emergency equipment. While evading officers, the teen entered oncoming traffic on the Gilmerton Bridge and struck another vehicle. The teen fled on foot but was apprehended shortly after, and both the victim of the struck vehicle and the teenager were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The incident is under investigation by the Chesapeake Police Department.
