Hit And Run Chesapeake Virginia in Chesapeake, Virginia: A teenage boy driving a stolen vehicle collided with another vehicle Sunday night in Chesapeake, according to police. Around 9:20 p.m., officers located a possible stolen vehicle on South Military Highway. When officers activated emergency equipment, the teen fled, entered oncoming traffic on the Gilmerton Bridge, and crashed into another vehicle. The teen's identity has not been released.
