Oregon State Police said the teen's black Chrysler Pacifica drifted into the opposite lane and collided head-on with a school bus converted into a motorhome driven by a 73-year-old California man. The teen driver was pronounced dead at the scene; one passenger was hospitalized with serious injuries and two other adult passengers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
