Shooting Mesa Arizona in Mesa, Arizona: A man wearing tactical gear and another person died after a shooting in a Mesa neighborhood late Sunday night around 8 p.m. Police identified the gunman as 47-year-old Kevin Richardson, who fired several rounds at other people and at a Mesa Police helicopter before taking his own life; a rifle was found nearby. Richardson also killed the driver of a red truck riddled with bullets, who has not been identified. Two neighbors were hit and are expected to survive their injuries.
