Dui Crash Nevada Today in Nevada: A driver suspected of being under the influence caused a wrong-way crash on U.S. 395 near Bordertown, just north of the Nevada-California state line, shortly before 11:15 p.m. on Sunday. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that the Subaru driver suffered critical injuries and was flown to a nearby hospital. The unidentified Nissan driver, who was traveling the wrong way, was tested by CHP, placed under arrest for DUI, and suffered minor injuries.
