Car Crash Minnesota Today in Minnesota: A single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Thompson Road and Kangas Road in Carlton County killed one man and left another in critical condition on Sunday evening at about 6:30 p.m., according to the sheriff's office. Deputies said the car went off the road. One man was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was airlifted to a Duluth hospital. The names of the victims had not been released.
