Car Crash Cannon Township Michigan in Cannon Township, Michigan: A single-car crash occurred around 6:20 a.m. on Pettis Avenue NE between 5 Mile and Cannonsburg roads in Cannon Township, Michigan. The Kent County Sheriff's Office said the vehicle lost control, rolled and struck a guardrail. The passenger, a 25-year-old Jackson man, was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
