Shooting Its Florida in its, Florida: A 32-year-old Palm River-Clair Mel man was arrested on felony charges after Hillsborough County deputies say he armed himself with a rifle, entered a neighbor's home, and fatally shot the neighbor's dog. The shooting followed an incident in which the dog had bitten a young child; deputies said the child was not injured and the dog had already returned inside its home before being killed.
