Shooting Paducah Kentucky in Paducah, Kentucky: A Paducah man has been charged with murder after a fatal shooting Sunday night, according to the Paducah Police Department. Officers responded at approximately 8:36 p.m. June 28 to the 2800 block of Jefferson Street after receiving reports of a fight between two individuals. Police said the altercation escalated into a shooting just before officers arrived. Peyton D. Boulton, 21, of Paducah, was detained at the scene after allegedly shooting Damareon Prather, 31, of Paducah, multiple times during a physical altercation. Prather was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries. Boulton was arrested and booked into the McCracken County Regional Jail on one count of murder.
