Car Crash Missouri Today in Missouri: A 21-year-old man from Rolla was driving southbound on the 21000 block of Highway J in Phelps County when his car traveled off the right side of the roadway and overcorrected, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. A 29-year-old female passenger from Rolla was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver sustained serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. Neither occupant was wearing a seatbelt, per the crash report. The Doolittle Fire Department, Phelps County Sheriff's Office, and Phelps Health Ambulance assisted at the scene.
