Car Crash Louisville Kentucky in Louisville, Kentucky: An off-duty Louisville Metro Police Department officer was killed in a motorcycle crash with a semi-truck on Interstate 265 near the 36-mile-marker at 9:56 p.m. Sunday. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the motorcyclist as 29-year-old Anthony Elliott, a 4th Division officer with LMPD. Police said Elliott was thrown from the bike, suffered fatal injuries, and was pronounced dead at the scene; the motorcycle was dragged under the semi's axles and caught fire. No other injuries were reported.
