Assault Verona Pennsylvania in Verona, Pennsylvania: Verona police arrested Michael Powell of Oakmont on charges of aggravated assault after he allegedly assaulted another man at the Hula Bar in Verona on Saturday night shortly after 11 p.m. First responders found a 27-year-old man with lacerations to his face and neck, injuries Verona police Chief Thomas Dessell described as severe enough to be potentially life-threatening. Powell was charged Monday following the incident.
