Car Crash Bolivar Ohio in Bolivar, Ohio: A fatal two-vehicle crash occurred Sunday night near Bolivar in Tuscarawas County. A Nissan Altima traveling north on Northwood Avenue failed to yield to a stop sign at the North Orchard Road intersection, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The driver, Ridge Reichman of New Philadelphia, was transported to Mercy Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The crash is being investigated by a crash reconstruction unit, with fault possibly on both drivers.
