Motorcycle Crash Ellicott City Maryland in Ellicott City, Maryland: Howard County police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle motorcycle crash in Ellicott City. Officers were called around 7:30 p.m. Sunday after a 2008 Yamaha FZ1 left the road while traveling east on Baltimore National Pike at Frederick Road. The motorcyclist was ejected and died at the scene. No other vehicles were involved, and police preliminarily believe speed was a factor.
