Hit And Run Colorado Today in Colorado: Pueblo police arrested Joshua Wisthoff, 20, after a vehicle struck a motorcyclist on the side of the roadway around 11 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Wills Boulevard. The vehicle was found unoccupied near the scene. Wisthoff faces charges including vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of a crash resulting in death, failure to notify police, careless driving, driving under the influence, illegal consumption, and driving without insurance, and was scheduled for a first appearance before a Pueblo County judge on Thursday.
