Motorcycle Crash Missouri Today in Missouri: A Joplin teen was killed Sunday afternoon, June 28, 2026, in a motorcycle crash near Tipton Ford. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a sports bike traveling along Elder Rd crossed the center line on a curve and struck the left rear of an eastbound pickup truck. The motorcyclist was transported to Mercy Joplin, where he was pronounced deceased at 3:30 p.m. The crash was Troop D's 61st fatal crash of 2026.
