Motorcycle crashes into crowd at Brooklyn park, injuring 12
Motorcycle Crash Brooklyn New York in Brooklyn, New York: A 53-year-old woman, identified as Neisha Atkinson, allegedly lost control of a three-wheeled motorized motorcycle and struck a group of people gathered at Commodore Barry Park in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn during a community event featuring a DJ. The crash occurred just after 6:30 p.m. on Sunday evening. All 12 victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were listed in stable condition. Police charged Atkinson with two counts of reckless endangerment, reckless driving, failure to yield to pedestrians, and improper licensing; she was also injured in the crash and is recovering at a hospital.
