Hit And Run Naytahwaush Minnesota in Naytahwaush, Minnesota: A 36-year-old Moorhead man faces charges after allegedly crashing his vehicle into a building in Naytahwaush on Saturday night, then fleeing on foot from deputies. Charles Ortley was arrested following a short foot pursuit after his vehicle went off the roadway, jumped an approach, and landed on a building on County Road 4. A resident was inside the building at the time but was not injured. Ortley appeared highly intoxicated but refused sobriety tests and was transported to the county jail after medical clearance.
