Hit And Run Naytahwaush Minnesota in Naytahwaush, Minnesota: A 36-year-old Moorhead man, identified as Charles Ortely, was arrested after deputies say he crashed a vehicle into a building in Naytahwaush and fled the scene on foot. The crash occurred just before 8:30 p.m. on June 27, 2026, on County Road 4, when the vehicle went off the road, jumped an approach, and landed on a building. A resident was inside the building at the time but was not hurt. Deputies reported finding pills and open alcohol bottles inside the vehicle, and Ortely appeared highly intoxicated but refused sobriety tests.
